Guildford: Nature workshop for educators and school leaders
Zero Carbon Guildford, 1 Riverside Business Park, Walnut Tree Close, Surrey, GB# BeNature: Ecocentric Leadership in Schools – A Hands-On Workshop
Join fellow educators, school leaders, and outdoor learning specialists for an inspiring and practical two-hour workshop exploring how schools can lead the way in fostering sustainable, nature-literate communities.
Grounded in the BeNature framework (www.benature.info) – a science-based model for growing strong human–nature relationships developed by Dr Matteo Giusti at the University of Surrey, this unique workshop will help you make sense of the Department for Education’s Sustainability and Climate Change Strategy into meaningful action in your school.
Expect meaningful conversation, fresh ideas, and connections that last well beyond the event. Refreshments will be provided, and every participant will receive a printed copy of the BeNature handbook and a certificate of attendance from UNITAR.

Farnham: People Planet Pint
The Castle pub, 5 Castle Street GU9 7HR,, Farnham , GBPop down to your local People Planet Pint meetup to find more about what's going on locally with sustainability and how you can get involved.
No pitches, powerpoints or panels. Just People, Planet, Pint/s.
Your local meetup is a great place to start your journey or continue learning, and meet diverse people to chat about life and how we can sustain it. Every job is a climate job, so come along and learn about how you can take action, as well as what is going on locally.
We welcome everyone, regardless of their experience or background. People Planet Pint is a space where everyone can feel comfortable learning about sustainability and sharing their ideas.
Afterall, creating a sustainable future requires connected communities. And what better way to bring everyone together than over a drink?## Your Volunteer Host
Russ Avery and Tim Brown are the co-Founders of Avery & Brown – an award-winning B Corp certified marketing agency, helping sustainable businesses break into the mainstream. The business is based in Farnham, but its clients are located throughout the UK and Europe. Avery & Brown is making waves for its radically transparent approach to the communication of its regenerative business journey, which they call #OperationRegeneration. Russ and Tim look forward to welcoming you to these People, Planet, Pint events and engaging in valuable conversations in a relaxed and informal setting.
## About Our Partner, ProsperBD
ProsperBD works with environmental, sustainability, and B Corp companies, supporting them with all aspects of their business development setup to help increase sales pipelines and win new clients. Their support is particularly valuable when companies lack the time to carry out these activities themselves, don’t have the necessary skillset, or simply don’t have the inclination to focus on sales.
## Our Sponsor
KRYSTAL are an award-winning, 100% renewably powered web hosting provider, with datacentres in the UK, US, & Europe. They are climate positive, and their approach centres on value, quality and transparency.
We are delighted to announce our partnership with Krystal (the UK's only B Corp web hosting/cloud provider), and welcome them on board as sponsors of the People, Planet, Pint events.
This means the first 10 drinks are on Krystal at every event, and has allowed us to invest and upscale the series to accelerate action on climate change.
Simon Blackler is the founder of KRYSTAL, and Co-Founder of MillionTreePledge.
