Leaving TraumaLand is a supportive, shame-free space for women who grew up with childhood trauma (big or small) and are now done surviving—and ready to truly heal.
Whether your trauma came from emotional neglect, addiction, high conflict, instability, or the subtle kind of pain that everyone dismissed… you’re welcome here. No trauma comparison. No pressure to share more than you want. Just real connection, real learning, and real hope.

🌱 A Note from Maggie
I grew up in a traumatic home, lived through foster care, incest, alcoholic and mentally ill parents, spent years on medications, unable to drive, and feeling like my life was falling apart. Panic attacks, flashbacks, and triggers ruled everything - my nervous system was completely shattered. I truly thought I was going crazy, but I wasn’t. I was traumatized.
After years of therapy and deep inner work, everything changed.
I no longer take any meds, I fly and drive anywhere I want, and I live with a calm, grounded nervous system - as if the trauma never happened.
Now I’m passionate about sharing the process I created so other childhood trauma survivors can experience the same freedom.
The FREE five-week BRAVE Series is an overview of my course and a gentle, supportive place to start your own healing. My goal is simple: to help you find the same freedom from the past that I’ve found. You deserve that.
This community exists because I know how hard this journey is - and how much easier it is when we don’t do it alone. ❤️
