In Week 5, we move into the final stage of this introductory journey: forgiveness and identity. This isn’t about excusing what happened or pretending it didn’t hurt. It’s about releasing the emotional grip the past still has on you so you can finally grow into the calm, grounded, confident version of yourself you’ve been working toward.
We’ll explore what forgiveness truly means in the trauma-healing process, why it has nothing to do with reconciliation, and how stepping into “the new you” is less about changing who you are and more about uncovering who you’ve been beneath the pain.
