What we’re about
This is a social group to meet new people and visit with friends, in which each month of a calendar year we will eat at a different restaurant in the greater Greensboro area.
The group does not discriminate against anyone. A person not open to all races, cultures, and persons with differences from the so-called mainstream would not be comfortable in this group.
The organizer is J. Charles Waldrup, who has worked in Greensboro since 2009.
You are expected to be an active member of this group. Failure to participate at least once in a 12 month period will result in being removed from the group.
NO-SHOW Policy - If you decide not to attend an event less than 24 hours before the event after sending an RSVP, without a justifiable excuse, as determined in the discretion of the organizer, that will be treated as a NO-SHOW. If you do not attend an event when you sent an RSVP, that is treated as a NO-SHOW. 2 NO-SHOWS result in a removal from the group. If you are a NO-SHOW for an event that has a reservation holding your seat, this results in IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from the group.
There will be no fees to members. Charles will cover those.
