Naked Yoga for Men

Join me for Naked Yoga for Balance, a 60-minute class which is appropriate for guys of all ages, no matter your level of yoga practice. The class includes stretching, standing and balancing poses and a final cool down. Class fee is $20 and can be paid with cash, Venmo or Cash App. Please bring your own mat and towel. Location provided after signing up for class.
