Trail Clean Up at L.B. Houston Trail

This Saturday we will be at L.B Houston Trail on California Crossing. Join us to help pick up trash, remove invasive plants, and collect native plant seeds

All ages welcome to participate. Dogs welcome if on a leash.

Look for our YELLOW and BLUE parking flags.

What to wear:
We will be walking outdoors in areas that have mosquitoes and potentially have poison ivy. Please wear boots or sturdy, closed-toe shoes, pants, and socks that come up to the calves. Due to poison ivy and mosquitos, we do NOT recommend ankle socks, yoga pants, or leggings.

Other personal items to bring:
Water bottle(s), sunglasses, and snacks

Greenspace Dallas will provide:
- Safety and first aid materials
- Back up bug spray and sunscreen
- Water cooler to refill your water bottle

IMPORTANT:
There are no bathrooms at our volunteer sites.

Please note, our volunteer events are held outside and are dependent on weather conditions. We make every effort to make cancelation decisions by 3:00 pm on Friday. We will communicate any cancellations, or changes, through MeetUp and our email list.
