Social Saturday: Frasier Dam Cleanup and Celestial Beerworks

It's Social Saturday again!!

Come out Saturday the 28th to help remove trash from Frasier Dam Recreation Area. After our trail clean up, let's get social at Celestial Beerworks! Celestial Beerworks will kindly provide one complimentary beverage to each volunteer. Come celebrate your hard work and enjoy food and drinks at the brewery! They have a great taco truck available with food for purchase.

Family friendly, dogs welcome too!

Meet us at 9300 North Stemmons Freeway at 9am. It is a sharp turn!
Look for our Greenspace Dallas parking flags.

• What to wear:
We will be working outdoors in areas that have poison ivy. Please wear boots or sturdy, closed-toe shoes, pants, and socks that come up to the calves. Due to poison ivy and mosquitos, we do not recommend ankle socks, yoga pants, or leggings.

• Other personal items to bring:
Water bottle(s), sunscreen, bug repellent, sunglasses, and snacks

• Greenspace Dallas will provide:
- Trash bags and grabbers
- Safety and first aid materials
- Back up bug spray and sunscreen
- Work gloves
- Water cooler to refill your water bottle

Important:
There are no bathrooms at the trail.

Please note, our volunteer events are held outside and are dependent on weather conditions. We make every effort to make cancelation decisions by 3:00 pm on Friday. We will communicate any cancellations, or changes, through MeetUp and our email list.
