When I started this group, I knew no one in Yokohama. Now I’ve met heaps of gee… **cough** techies✨ Hope you’ve made like-minded friends through our events too😄 For our year-end event, let’s share your 2025 work, and enjoy a cosy cuppa☕️

I have to leave at 11 AM sharp, but feel free to stay if you want to keep talking!

◯ Purpose

• Showcase your 2025 work (Portfolio, website, article, app, pitch, online course progress, etc.)
• Chat over a cuppa

◯ Place

• Ron Harman Cafe Minatomirai Menu, Map
• We do not hold seats for people who have not arrived, as this results in a loss for the cafe.

◯ Who this event is for
Sustainability-conscious people in:

• Tech (Programmer / Designer / Digital creator)
• Business & Data (Marketer / Data scientist / PM / SE)
• Media (Photography / Video / Communication)
• Education & Research
• Other related fields (NGO, ESG, etc.)

◯ Participation fee

• 0 yen for the group
• Drink/food fees are not included. Everyone has to purchase a drink or food. We pay separately.

• English (A2 / 英検3級 or above)

◯ Wifi & Outlet

• Wifi available. No outlet.

◯ Cancellation policy

• If cancelling within 24 hours, message the organiser
• If there are 4 or fewer participants 5 days before the event, the event will be cancelled

◯ Group guidelines
Members may be removed for:

• No-shows
• Attending without RSVP
• Repeated last-minute cancellations
• Unpaid fees
• Harassment or disruptive behaviour
• Alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs before/during the event
• Spreading conspiracy theories
• Coming by fossil-fuelled car or motorbike (even to the nearest station)
