Apex to Bonsal "Training" Ride

It's a bike ride plus a train ride. Start/finish at Apex Nature Park section 2, 2600 Evans Road, Apex. 21.5 total miles on the bike, using paved greenways, residential streets and country roads. At Bonsal (mile 14), we pick up our train tickets and walk over to the New Hope Valley Railway. I've purchased a block of 10 tickets. You can reimburse me for $16.52 (cash, check, or Venmo @DurhamDave). The excursion train departs at Noon for a slow-rolling tour of the area's forests. This is their Brew and Choo event, featuring local ales (bring snacks). After the train ride, bike an additional 7.5 miles back to Apex Nature Park.
