ATT Silver Anniversary Ride

On this day, 25 years ago, the American Tobacco Trail (ATT) celebrated its first ribbon cutting event. Celebrate anew by riding all of its paved mileage (14.5 miles x 2 = 29 miles round trip). We'll start/finish at the Streets of Southpoint mall parking lot (behind the AMC Cinemas). Then we ride the ATT north to the downtown Durham trailhead (where this June 3rd 2000 photo was taken), then head south to the end of the paved trail (New Hope Church Rd), and then return to Southpoint.
