This month’s gathering, Transforming Chaos, draws inspiration from Pema Chödrön’s When Things Fall Apart. Life can often feel raw and uncertain, testing our capacity for patience and clarity. Through meditation and Dharma discussion, we’ll explore three ways to meet chaos as a path to awakening:

  • No More Struggle: Resting with what arises through shamatha-vipashyana meditation.
  • Using Poison as Medicine: Practicing tonglen to transform suffering into compassion.
  • Regarding All as Awakened Energy: Embracing life’s turbulence as sacred ground.

Come as you are — steady or uncertain — and rest in the shared stillness of practice. Together, we rediscover joy and quiet wisdom amidst life’s unpredictability.
