Hiking the Trans-Swiss-Trail from Bellinzona to Isone

Dear hikers

This Sunday 25.5. the weather will be better in Ticino - so let's take the train and hopp South!

We hike from the capital of Ticino; Bellinzona along the river Ticino to Giubiasco where we'll have a lunch at a Pizzeria. After that we hike uphill towards the Cima di Dentro and finally to pretty Isone.

The hike is not difficult (T1-T3) but the uphill is steep in some parts.
Schweiz Mobil says 4h 30min. for the hike, so I plan the following schedule:

Zurich HB 08:33
Bellinzona 10:12
Espresso in Bellinzona 30min
Bellinzona - Giubiasco 1h 20min
Giubiasco lunch at Pizzeria 1h 30min (12:00-13:30)
Giubiasco - Isone 3h 20min

Isone 17:29
Zurich 19:55
