**Brad Stein** is a seasoned real estate executive and developer with extensive experience in real estate investment, development, transactions, and joint ventures. As President of Intracorp Texas, he has led Intracorp’s growth in the Texas market and helped oversee major Austin residential and mixed-use developments, including **44 East Avenue, Congress Lofts at St. Elmo, One Oak, and Leland South Congress**.

Before joining Intracorp, Brad worked in real estate investment and development at Forestar Group and practiced corporate and real estate law. He is also deeply involved in the Austin community and currently serves on the **Real Estate Council of Austin Board of Directors**.
