GRID Capital Fairfax is a real estate community built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in building wealth and creating impact through real estate.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.

How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month. Each month we cover a different investing topic in the Lifecycle of an Investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches. They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers and deal-makers.

Your GRID Leadership
GRID Capital Fairfax is led by Jay D'Alesandro, Carla Videira, Isaac Howard, Kevin Muir, Dayana Ortiz, and Nathan Arnold.
As a lead agent and managing partner with Debbie Doǧrul Associates with eXP Realty since 1998, Jay has sold over 1,200 homes in the Northern Virginia area. He is a former Fairfax County school teacher. Real estate is Jay's passion and he will be there for you unless World Cup Soccer is on.
Carla joined our team in 2011 as a buyer's agent. She started her career back in 2003 working for title insurance companies which allowed her to learn more about the real estate industry and developed a passion to help people through their journey with homeownership.
Bringing close to 20 years of experience in customer service, sales, and market knowledge to our agency, she has a reputation for honesty, trustworthiness, and care for her clients. She prides herself on making any real estate transaction an educational, fun, and successful process for all who work with her. We are glad to have her in a leadership role with our team.
Carla was born and raised in Lima, Peru, and currently resides in Burke with her daughter & husband. Apart from loving to vacation in sunny beachy places, you will find Carla in her free time mountain bike riding, refurbishing old furniture pieces, planning her next house renovation, or checking out the yummiest places to eat in NOVA with her family and friends.
Grandson and nephew of general contractors, Isaac has been in the business all his life. Not long after making his entry into the business official, Isaac joined the DDA Team as a buyers agent. Quickly showing his work ethic and dedication to his clients, Isaac was awarded Team DDA rookie of the year.
With a rich legacy as a third-generation realtor and a personal history rooted in Fairfax, Virginia, Kevin Muir stands at the forefront of modern real estate practice. In just three years, Kevin has carved a niche in the industry, combining his innate understanding of local markets with a keen analytical mind honed through his background in statistics and analysis.
Dayana brings a blend of cultural richness and determination to her role in the real estate world. Having settled in Virginia seven years ago, Dayana has since devoted herself to turning dreams into reality for numerous families.
Nathan Arnold is a highly dedicated lead listing agent and a veteran of the United States military forces. He has a passion for providing exceptional service.
Nathan brings a wealth of expertise in the real estate industry. He brings a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the needs and goals of each of his clients through his many years of experience working with sellers!
