GRID Orlando is a real estate community built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in building wealth and creating impact through real estate.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.

How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month. Each month we cover a different investing topic in the Lifecycle of an Investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches. They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers and deal-makers.

She is a powerful builder of opportunity. Known for helping leaders break through limits and create businesses that last, Veronica brings clarity, discipline, and execution to everything she touches.

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Lake Mary, Florida, Bobby Davidowitz has spent his life pursuing excellence through discipline, leadership, and purpose. A lifelong athlete, he played football for nine years before graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Sports Management and Business.
Bobby began his career in lending in 2002 and launched his own mortgage company in his 20s, setting the foundation for more than two decades in real estate, investing, and leadership. Today, he serves as CEO of The Alliance Group at eXp Realty and as VP of Commercial Lending and Hard Money at Element Commercial.
Known as “Coach Bobby Franchise,” Bobby is a dynamic speaker and mentor who teaches on financial freedom, investing, mindset, and leadership, helping others build wealth with purpose and lead lives of lasting impact.
