How it works

We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month. Each month we cover a different investing topic in the Lifecycle of an Investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.

Our meetings are not sales pitches. They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers and deal-makers.

GRID Richmond is led by Dustin Olverson and Jared Davis.

Dustin Olverson is a former Senior Leader in the United States Army and multi-war Combat Veteran. He is determined to help others generate wealth and live the American Dream.

With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Jared Davis has established himself as a powerhouse in the Richmond, VA, market.

As the leader of the #1 eXp Realty team in Central Virginia, Jared has successfully sold over 1,000 homes and acquired more than 200 doors for fix-and-flip projects or long-term rental investments. His expertise spans a variety of real estate niches, including rehabbing, multifamily investing, and wholesaling.

Jared also owns a branch of American Financial Network, further diversifying his impact within the real estate and financial sectors. He manages a thriving team of 33 agents and coaches an expansive network of 375 professionals through eXp Realty, demonstrating his commitment to leadership and mentorship in the industry.

An active investor, Jared holds over 140 rental properties, with a wealth of experience in multifamily acquisitions, utilizing strategies like hard money, traditional financing, and syndication. His portfolio includes 35+ investment-related deals closed in the past year, showcasing his ability to execute consistently at a high level.

Jared is deeply passionate about building wealth—not only for himself but for those around him. Through his partnership with GRID, he aims to grow a community of like-minded individuals, scale his businesses, and achieve ambitious goals, including managing 500 rental doors, expanding his team to 1,000 agents, and facilitating 500 deals annually.
