GRID Virginia Beach is a real estate community built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in building wealth and creating impact through real estate.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.

How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month. Each month we cover a different investing topic in the Lifecycle of an Investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches. They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers and deal-makers.

GRID Richmond is led by Dustin Olverson and Jared Davis.
About Dustin Olverson
Dustin has been married for over 27 years to Margarita Olverson and has 3 boys — Christopher (27), David (24), and Aden (16).
The Olversons are a military family, Dustin served for over 25 years as a Soldier in the United States Army. He completed multiple deployments and tours that include Bosnia, Croatia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Hurricane Katrina, and Hurricane Rita.
After retirement from the military Dustin decided to pursue his passion for real estate and worked with the United States Army to create an internship program that allowed him and his family while on active duty to transition from service member to realtor in January of 2019.
From January 2019 – October 2021 while with Keller Williams Realty and the Redux Group Dustin progressed from realtor to managing two real estate locations and became an expansion partner of the Redux Group (Richmond West). During his first year as a partner, he led his team to closing over 100 transactions, recruited 19 agents, and started a home inspection business that serviced Central Virginia and Hamptons Road areas.
In August of 2021, Dustin partnered with Jason Johnson to create America’s Dream LLC, One Dream Realty Group and joined EXP Realty to chase their dreams of becoming volume house flippers. Since their partnership, Dustin and Jason have flipped over 50 homes and currently have 20 in construction. They have also partnered to create a holding company in January of 2022 to purchase rentals and commercial properties. The company has acquired a total of 15 doors so far this year and is on track to accomplish another 48 doors by the end of the year.
As Dustin continued to pursue his career as an investor he developed and aligned himself with some of Richmond’s most talented Business Owners, Lawyers, Investors, and Realtors. Dustin, Margarita, Jason Johnson, and their partners have created 7 businesses in under 3 years while purchasing over 80 properties for their fix and flip business, personal assets, and holding company.
Today Dustin has started to focus on their construction company which specializes in rehabbing investment properties for seasoned investors and the acquisition of medium size multi-family units.

About Jared Davis
Jared Davis is a powerhouse in the real estate investment community, known for his strategic focus on long-term wealth creation and his commitment to mentorship. As the Owner of The Davis Group, Jared leads a high-performing team dedicated to helping investors navigate the complexities of scaling their portfolios with clarity and discipline.
With a deep belief in the power of real estate to change family trees, Jared champions the “100 Door Vision”.
