Moving to a new country can bring not only change, but also loss.

This short psycho-educational workshop is about migrant grief — the often unspoken experience of missing people, places, language, familiarity, and parts of yourself left behind.

The workshop consists of psycho-educational and interactive parts.
The idea behind the meeting is to provide a snippet of information on what’s called migrants’ grief and maybe shed some light on experiences, struggles that you might be going through.

Our hope is that this information will help you in your process of navigating and figuring out your present life, make it a bit easier.
