Maybe someone you love has died.
Maybe a relationship ended.
Maybe your life looks completely different than you expected.

Sometimes grief comes from a loss we can name. Sometimes it comes from a major life transition, a change in identity, a dream that didn’t happen, or a version of our life that we had to leave behind.

Whatever you’re grieving, you don’t have to have it figured out before you walk through the door.

This is a small, welcoming space to slow down, breathe, and be with what you’re carrying. We’ll use mindfulness meditation, gentle reflection, and shared witnessing to create space for grief without trying to rush it away.

What you can expect
🧘 Guided mindfulness meditation
A chance to settle your body and turn toward your experience with compassion.

🤍 A safe space to be witnessed
You are welcome to share—or simply listen. There is no pressure to talk.

🌿 Connection without fixing
Our agreement is confidentiality and witnessing rather than advice-giving. We don’t try to solve one another’s grief. We listen, honor, and make room.

Who is this for?
Anyone who has experienced loss, grief, or a major life transition.

You don’t have to consider yourself a meditator. You don’t have to be grieving a death. And you don’t have to know exactly why you need this space.

Just come as you are.

I’m a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Certified Transition Coach, and I’ll gently facilitate our time together.

This gathering is free and offered to the community.

For now, we’ll meet every 4th Thursday. If there is enough interest, I’ll consider offering the group more frequently.

Come sit with us. You belong. ❤️
