Grief Somatic Healing Circle
Event Description:
Grief lives in the body as much as it does in the heart and mind. The Grief Somatic Healing Circle offers a gentle, supportive space to honor your loss and explore the physical and emotional impact of grief through somatic (body-based) practices.

In this circle, we’ll come together in shared presence to acknowledge the many forms grief can take loss of a loved one, a relationship, identity, health, or any life transition. Through grounding techniques, breathwork, mindful movement, and guided body awareness, we will gently reconnect with the body’s innate capacity to process and release grief.

This is not about fixing or rushing healing. It’s about allowing, witnessing, and softening into what’s present, held with compassion in a safe, non-judgmental container.

What’s Included:

  • Grounding and nervous system regulation tools
  • Gentle somatic practices to support emotional release
  • Opportunities to share (optional) and be witnessed in community
  • Guided reflection and integration
  • A trauma-informed and inclusive environment

Who It's For:
This circle is open to anyone navigating grief, regardless of where you are in your process. No prior experience with somatic work is needed. Come as you are, with whatever is present for you.

Together, we grieve, breathe, and gently reconnect—one breath, one sensation, one moment at a time.
