Grief Support Circle: A Space to Be, Share, and Heal

Grief can feel isolating, but you don’t have to walk it alone.
This gathering is a gentle, confidential, supportive space for anyone moving through loss of any kind: the death of a loved one, a relationship ending, health changes, life transitions, or other tender shifts. Together, we create a circle of compassion where every story is honored and every emotion is welcome.

There is no fixing here. No timelines. No pressure to “move on.”
Only listening, witnessing, and shared humanity.

Each circle may include:
Time for open sharing, bring a photo if you wish
Guided reflection or meditation
Simple grounding practices
Quiet moments for integration

You are welcome exactly as you are—tearful, numb, angry, confused, or even laughing at unexpected memories. Grief is not linear, and neither is healing.

Come as you are.
Share if you wish.
Listen if you need.
Sit in silence if that’s what feels right.

In community, we remember that while grief changes us, connection sustains us.
