What we’re about
Hello and welcome!
This is a space for those looking for support and community after any type of loss and change.
A space to explore, embrace, and honour your grief, find meaning after loss, discover moments of quietness and calm, and reflect on what's been hiding inside.
For this, we will use various techniques: writing, guided reflection, visualization, breathwork, and more.
Please check out my regular free online sessions, talks and workshops. Feel free to join anytime.

This grief session is for anyone experiencing loss or life transitions, and for anyone noticing anxiety related to any kind of loss or grief. After loss, many of us carry thoughts, worries, or sensations that replay again and again:
- I keep thinking about what could happen to the people I love.
- I worry about my own health and how I will cope in life.
- I can’t stop thinking about “what if” scenarios, about the past and the future.
- I feel restless, tense, or on edge for no clear reason.
- I feel calm one moment, and then anxiety hits, even during ordinary moments.
- I feel unprepared for changes, and uncertainty takes a toll on me.
- and so much more
These moments of anxiety often show up unexpectedly: in the mornings, at night, or at random moments during the day. They can greatly affect daily life and make us worry even more: Will it ever ease?
In this educational and supportive session, you’ll take a practical, reflective look at anxiety in grief.
What you will do:
- Explore common forms of anxiety that arise after loss, including worry about loved ones and yourself, rumination about the past or the future, bodily tension, sudden panic, uncertainty in life transitions, and more.
- Reflect on your experiences with anxiety through guided exercises.
- Learn practical coping strategies you can use immediately.
- Practice coping methods for anxiety in an immersive guided visualization and body-oriented exercise.
- Listen and share in a small closed group.
Session structure:
- 75-minute main session: Combination of sharing, discussion, and practical exercises.
- Optional 15-minute post-workshop informal discussion: For those who wish to stay longer for further questions and reflections.
After the workshop, you’ll receive a workbook with further materials on anxiety in grief.
Important notice:
This workshop is educational and supportive and is not a substitute for therapy. If you experience severe distress, please contact your healthcare provider or an emergency hotline. This workshop is not suitable for people in acute psychological situations. If you are unsure whether this workshop is appropriate for you, please contact me directly.
I'm looking forward to exploring these complex topics with you!
Warmly,
Elena----------------

--------------------Welcome to the Grief Compass!
If you've experienced loss, this space is for you.
Grief can feel very lonely and heavy. In many cases, we don't know where to get support and who to talk to. We long for moments of comfort and calm. We long for a community of those who understand, where we can be ourselves.
In these 50-minute, regular, and free sessions, we will embrace and honor our grief, together. For this, we'll explore different techniques, including guided reflection, journaling, visualization, breathwork, and more.
We will find quietness and relief and reflect on what's been hiding inside. Here you can also ask questions and connect with others who are also dealing with the pain of loss.
You are not alone in your grief.
For whom
The session is for any kind of loss and grief. How to join
Klick on the link https://meet.google.com/vyy-cnpe-ugeOur plan
20 min of a guided session: I'll offer a topic to explore and an exercise and you work on it individually with my guidance (no need to talk or share).
Cameras on or off, anonymously or with your name - any option is fine.
30 min (optional) questions and sharing.
I will open the room at 18:25 - please log in a few minutes before so that we can start on time.
One time we do more body-oriented exercises (grounding, visualization, breathwork), and the following month we do more cognitively-oriented exercises (learning about one aspect of grief, reflection, writing).
We rotate these two types of exercises, so you can choose whether you'd like to attend this time Please check the event title to know what's coming this month.
How to prepare
No special preparation needed - come as you are!
However, it would be ideal to be in a quiet environment.
You may also want to have some paper and a pen to make notes. What other participants say
"I thought I was over grief and that I moved on. But by the second session, I realized that the feelings I hid in my heart came aloud through the kindness, guidance and light Elena shared with every one of us.
So I joined every session, knowing that it was something I needed to do for myself. I am so grateful that I learned that grief is the same for us all, we sometimes just don't know how to cope with it.
Join Elena's sessions if you want to know more about yourself, about the strength that lies within you, and if you are want to start living your life more truthfully." - Ioana
Important!
Please be aware that these sessions are intended to be supportive and educational and are not a substitute for therapy. If you are experiencing severe distress, I urge you to consult with your healthcare provider or reach out to an emergency hotline.
