Central Illinois BBQ Throwdown (Co-Ed Event)

More details to come but we will be planning to enter in two teams into this BBQ competition. Ribs and chicken are the meats and this is a backyard competition which is a part of a larger KCBS event there. The turn ins are on Saturday with Ribs being 2pm. We're still figuring out logistics if we get a campsite down there to avoid driving in the AM or just drive down day of.

We'll split the entry fees ($200) among all participants and figure out other costs later as well. If you want to just come hang out that's fine too!

If you're on the fence about going, you don't have to cook, even if you want to just come and hang out, we'll have enough space and we'll be cooking up extra to eat!
