This isn’t another boring networking group. Grind & Unwind ATL is where ambition meets fun. From aspiring entrepreneurs and first-time investors to seasoned business owners & experienced real estate moguls, this is the place to learn, make deals, and run with other go-getters.

Online Meetups (TBD) → Coming soon! Virtual sessions designed to keep you plugged in between live events. These online meetups will feature mini-trainings, Q&A with guest experts, and networking opportunities — so you can connect, learn, and collaborate no matter where you are.

This group was created by Candi Rose, aka Millionaire Flipper on social media. Candi’s journey didn’t start with advantages — in fact, she had a rough start to life and was arrested by the Feds at just 19 years old and after a series of bad decisions that spiraled out of control, she was left with little hope for her future.
But she refused to let that be the end of her story. Starting with nothing — no car, no cash, no degree, no experience, and no credibility — Candi built multiple thriving businesses and transformed her life.
Today, she’s a keynote speaker and published author who speaks on personal development and entrepreneurship, inspiring audiences with her story of resilience and relentless determination.
Beyond the stage, Candi is a real estate investor who has built and flipped hundreds of homes (she even did a pilot with HGTV), she also currently manages short-term rentals, and is developing an RV park — all while raising her daughter as a full-time single mom.
She’s also built multiple social media platforms that bring in millions of views every month, and she uses that influence to help others start from nothing, grow their businesses, and leverage social media as a powerful tool for success.
Above all, Candi is passionate about showing others that no matter how rough your start or how many mistakes you’ve made, you can always rewrite your story and create a better future.
