Details
A formative and immersive workshop combining dynamic yoga, inspired somatic movement, pranayama, and educational exploration of the Niyamas, with a focus on Santosha (contentment). Participants will practice and experience how to integrate yogic philosophy into their personal and somatic practice.
Mini Program (~2.5 h):
Pranayama Session, Dynamic Juicy Yoga Flow + inspired somatic movement
Educational segment: Niyamas, focus on SANTOSHA
Meditation & integration
Finish: shared reflection and community exchange
