Grounded Melbourne is a calm, practice-based wellbeing group for adults who want space to pause, reflect, and build practical skills for everyday life. In a world that’s increasingly noisy and overstimulating, this group offers quiet, structured sessions - including short practices such as mindfulness, gentle movement, and reflective walks, as well as longer, skills-focused workshops facilitated by a qualified therapist. The focus is on presence, clarity, and capability, rather than performance or emotional processing.
This is not a dating, networking, or support group. There’s no pressure to share personal stories or “connect” in any particular way; listening, observing, or simply being present is always enough. Participants are kindly asked to respect one another by following facilitation guidelines so the space remains calm, grounded, and useful for everyone. Community may emerge naturally, but practice always comes first.
