Welcome to the very first launch of Grounded!
Weβre kicking off our introductory series with a few gatherings back to back so the community can experience the movement, connect, and grow together.
Grounded is a one-of-a-kind community space created for those seeking to slow down, reconnect with themselves and the world around them during a time when life can often feel overwhelming, overstimulating, and disconnected.
Join us for an intentional evening in an intimate, therapeutic atmosphere featuring a meditation circle with a mandala rug setup, floor pillows, nature, reflection, and meaningful connection with yourself and the world around you.
This experience will include:
π Guided meditationβ¨π± Grounding & nervous system regulation practicesβ¨π Reflection prompts, educational insights & meaningful conversations (no pressure to feel obligated to speak aloud)β¨β¨ Community connectionβ¨π Light movement & mindfulness practices
