A welcoming space to slow down, reconnect and move with intention 🌿

This group was created for anyone looking for a more conscious, grounded and supportive approach to yoga and wellbeing in Antwerp.

Through mindful movement, breath and presence, we explore yoga as a practice of connection — not performance. The focus is on creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where everybody is welcome exactly as they are, regardless of experience or flexibility.

Our sessions combine grounding movement, gentle flow, breath awareness and moments of stillness to help us reconnect with ourselves and with others in a calm and authentic way.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or already have an established practice, you are warmly welcome to join.
