Tarrytown Halloween Parade 🧛

People normally wait for Halloween, to watch the parade in the Village but I thought it would be exciting, seeing one that takes place earlier in Tarrytown instead. The plan is to meet at Grand Central Terminal and catch the 3:25 pm Metro North train there. Once we arrive in the town, we can look for a good spot to enjoy the festivities. Bystanders typically wear costume too, so you're encouraged to dress up for the occasion as well.
