What we’re about

Welcome to our Group Counselling Meetup. As a group we meet to help one another through our daily struggles. There is power in relating to others who are struggling in similar ways as yourself. The model we use is to integrate, as much as possible, mind, body and spirit, with a focus on building coping skills and techniques for stress relief, anger management, anxiety and self-help strategies. The group focus would be to provide a confidential, safe, non-judgmental space for those struggling with mental health. Join us to learn self-help techniques, counseling tips, and tools for personal development.
