This class will be about simple, effective movements that are easy to learn and safe for all fitness levels. You’ll learn how to train for your body as well as improve your balance, posture, and everyday strength.
Whether you’re new to training or advanced, we will give you the tools to train properly and progress at your own pace in a supportive environment.
