Those who are coming. We plan the walk/ jog/ run at 10 am. Thus is self paced and everyone runs their own pace . If you show up after 10 am the host will be mist likely running and cant respond to mesages, just join in walk/ jog/ run around the lake.. We meet back at base camp (in front of the bathrooms next to the playground) at 10:45. 11-11:15 stretch . 11:15 to 11:50 bachata
