Details

The general format of our runs will be the first 45 minutes will be running, the next 15 minutes will be stretching, & the last 30 minutes will be some bachata. Stay for the run or come just for bachata. Your call. So

11-11:15 getting ready
11:15-12 pm walk/ run/ jog
12-12:15 stretching
12:15- 12:45 bachata

So please bring your mat for stretching.
