The general format of our runs will be the first 45 minutes will be running, the next 15 minutes will be stretching, & the last 30 minutes will be some bachata. Stay for the run or come just for bachata. Your call. So

10-11:15 getting ready
10:15-11 pm walk/ run/ jog
11-11:15 stretching
11:15- 11:45 bachata

So please bring your mat for stretching (highly recommended) .
