Hi, I'm Hannah :)

I'm a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist passionate about helping people create positive, lasting change in whatever areas they need most help with. My approach is rooted in neuroscience and positive psychology, focusing on what’s working, what’s possible, and how we can get there.

In my group sessions, I guide powerful, uplifting trance experiences designed to quiet the mind, reconnect you with your inner resources, and leave you feeling calmer, clearer, and more empowered. Whether you’re working through anxiety, low confidence, overthinking, or just need space to reset, group trance can be a deeply supportive and transformative tool.

Think of it as a kind of guided meditation - except with a bit more purpose, and less having to “do”. All you have to do is turn up, listen to my voice and enjoy the transformation. 

Each session has a different focus - things like easing anxiety, boosting confidence, quieting overthinking, improving sleep, or just creating space to reset and reconnect with yourself. 

You don’t need to know anything about hypnosis or meditation - just come as you are, get comfy, and let your brain do the rest. 

Just bring yourself and water - blankets and pillows are provided. I also have a microphone so everyone can hear me in the bustling river park. I’m also a voiceover artist - so you can relax knowing you’re in the hands of a professional voice, and professional production :) 

These trances are gentle but powerful, and everyone’s experience is unique. All are welcome.
