- We will open with gentle asanas and pranayama/Kriyas to calm the mind and awaken the subtle energy channels.

- We will then enter the sacred practice of Shakti Bīja Mantra for Bhūta Śuddhi—purifying the five elements through sound vibration, Smell, and inner visualization.

- We will combine shaktipāta-inspired awareness with Tibetan Tummo (inner heat) meditation to deepen the flow of prana.

- We will end with a silent meditation, resting our mind and the body.
