As founder of startup Potentialspaces, and being an expert in Real Estate Economics and Real Estate Management with over 10 years project experience in Urban & Real Estate Economics and Big Data Management, Nicolai is co-founder and CIO of Berlin-based 21st Real Estate GmbH. The vision of 21st Real Estate is to no small one: it‘s the complete digitization of dealings in real estate. In his talk, he will focus on potential applications of Blockchain technology in real estate due diligence processes.

Nessim Djerboua, CEO EverReal
Nessim is co-founder of EverReal, a platform for digital real estate transactions. Prior to starting EverReal, Nessim worked at AppDirect, a unicorn cloud commerce tech company, based in Silicon Valley where he was responsible to build out the European business.
