Flower Power Mixer -- Fun Connections at Mountain View Wine & Art Festival

Join us for a unique Fun Connections Mixer & Game during the Mountain View Art & Wine Festival on Saturday, September 6 in downtown Castro Street, where teams hunt for each other using flowers as conversation starters!

The festival draws 160,000 people over two days — one of the biggest community events in the Bay Area. Turn it into your playground for fun connections. This event is perfect for single professionals, newcomers, and social adults to meet potential partners in a fun, low-pressure environment.

BTW, we have met and discussed with festival organizers, and they love our idea. So we are good to go.

💡 How It Works

• You'll find or build your small team, so you're never alone.
• Give a flower, start a conversation.
• Intra Team speed connection first while patrolling the festival (30 minutes)
• Cross teams mixing game: Teams hunt for each other (and invite other festival singles) throughout the festival, mix and exchange flowers with new connections (1 hour)
• Around lunchtime, we'll regroup for an optional picnic
• All interactions should be respectful and consensual — this is about genuine connection.

• Bring Your Own Flowers (Free) – Show up with fresh flowers and join the mixer game.
• Pre-Order Flowers ($20–$30) – We'll have your conversation starters ready at check-in (Fee covers flowers only. The connections mixer is free to join.). Here is the preorder link at eventbrite.

🕒 Schedule

• 10:30 am – Check-in at Pioneer Memorial Park (Mountain View, CA)
• 11:00 am – Teams head into the festival for intra-team bonding
• 11:30 am – Cross team mixing and connections game throughout the festival
• 12:30 pm – Optional picnic regroup
• Afternoon – The festival is yours and your new friends.
