Guided Somatic + Inner Voice Practice

This is a quiet, grounding space to slow down, feel what’s present in the body, and reconnect with inner guidance.
Each session includes:
- Gentle energy clearing to move what’s ready to be felt
- A guided drop-in journey to quiet the mind
- A shared rampage of appreciation to soften and settle the nervous system
- Inner voice practices and/or vibrational stretching
- A return to a familiar internal safe place
You’re welcome to keep your camera on or off. Participants stay muted and are invited to engage through the chat—sharing reflections, appreciations, or support if they’d like.
This is an ongoing practice rather than a one-off experience. You don’t need to know anything in advance—just come as you are.
