What we’re about

We practice kriyas (exercices) which are usually designed to keep your spine, organs and nervous system strong and healthy. If practiced everyday it can give you beauty, radiance and grace.

We use the energy of Full Moons, equinox, solstice in order to activate our inner potential and power.

Come and practice with us at 5.30 pm for one hour:

- 1/2h d'exercices physiques et 1/2 h de méditation active en musique avec mantras du Kaundalini Yoga.
