BAÑO SONORO | Por principio de resonancia, los sonidos que emiten los cuencos de cuarzo tienen la capacidad de incrementar la frecuencia vibratoria del cuerpo. El sonido cristalino penetra profundamente en todas nuestras células, desbloqueando tensiones físicas, emociones o energías estancadas y tiene la capacidad de inducir cambios en las ondas cerebrales (estados alfa y theta), logrando aquietar la mente.
