Summer Dialogues on the "becoming" of Agile Leadership with Jutta Eckstein

In February 2021 we celebrated 20 years since the Agile Manifesto was released. We decided to continue to blossom the ideas on the future of Agile Leadership and invite more great Agile thinkers to share their vision of how Agile Leadership will serve the world of tomorrow. I have the privilege to open the summer season with a remarkable figure of the Agile Community, Jutta Eckstein. In 2001, she was one of the first worldwide who scaled agile. She has published her experience in many books, the most recent is "Company-wide Agility with Beyond Budgeting, Open Space & Sociocracy" . Jutta will share her inspiring insights that may help us to find the keys on what Agile Leadership needs to become for a positive impact on our planet.
