Agile Leadership Dialogue with Silvana Wasitova

To continue and celebrate we continue to blossom the ideas on the future of Agile Leadership and invite more great Agile thinkers to share their vision of how Agile Leadership will serve the world of tomorrow. For this session, we are honoured to host Silvana Wasitova an leading contributor of the Agile Community.-
Silvana has been living, breathing and inspiring Agile practices since 2005, including working with teams that built high visibility consumer facing web portals for mega-events such as FIFA World Cup and Olympics.
She is an active member of the international Agile community, demonstrates her leadership by supporting people grow their agility. She is also member of the Agile Coach Camp Czechia organisation team.
In this interview, SIlvana will share with us common pitfalls around Agile practices, and how to overcome them.
