Beginner Friendly Tai Chi For Balance
I will guide you through movements that have been adapted to support balance. This can be balance of the body and/or of the mind For anti-anxiety, stress, relief, and inner peace.
This practice will also include meditation to welcome a sense of calm and overall relaxation.
The class is supportive of those working to gain stability and/or physical balance, memory exercises (this is beneficial for those with demetia or memory loss), or those looking to add moments of calm and peace to their life.
