You're invited to take a midweek self-care pause with this free Waves of Peace Guided Meditation experience designed to help you rest, recharge, and return to your week with a lighter heart.
What to expect:
✨ Restorative Guided Meditation – Relax as you’re gently led through a peaceful meditation with mindful breathing techniques and calming music.
✨ Stillness & Calm – A quiet space to set down the weight of the week, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself.
✨ Intentional Pause – A moment to let go of the noise and find comfort in the present, free from expectations and distractions.
✨ Culivating Peace - We'll intentionally focus on cultivating peace within ourselves and sharing that energy with our fellow meditators and the world at large- creating waves of peace.
How to prepare: I recommend wearing headphones, having a glass of water nearby, and creating a relaxing environment (i.e., candles, pillows, aromatherapy, etc.).
