This free 30-minute Guided Reiki Meditation Session offers a chance to pause, breathe, and restore while being held in love. You’ll be gently led through a calming meditation with mindful breathing and soothing music, supported by the restorative energy of Reiki to nourish your body, mind, and soul and soften some of the stress you’ve been carrying. Practicing in a group setting also offers the quiet power of shared intention, amplifying the peaceful energy you receive and send out into the world. To prepare, I recommend wearing headphones, having a glass of water nearby, and creating a comfortable space with anything that helps you feel at ease. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
