In 2023, Portugal reported that 81% of employees were not engaged or disengaged.
Over the past 10 years, the number of people expressing stress, anxiety or burnout has been on the rise, reaching its highest levels in all studies.
One of the culprits behind this bad news is the management of generational differences in the workplace.
On the flip side of the coin, highly engaged teams generate 10% higher customer loyalty, 23% higher profitability and a whopping 68% higher well-being!
