The Speaker
Prof. Oscar Puentes facilitates organizational change in complex environments. In 2021, he founded Inter nations Madrid New Digital Economy group, which brings together expats to exchange ideas and learn about the world of blockchain and crypto. Oscar works as a CXO and leadership coach at MIT and is the CEO of Eurocoaching, a company that works with tech companies to increase their value through people development.
