Join us for an an online 45-minute session in which we'll discuss how moderation of all kinds, including eating, spending, or time management, can lead to a more balanced and fulfilling life. We’ll share ideas on moderation in our own lives and maybe even make a commitment to try moderation in a certain area if we’re feeling up to it.
