Creating Cashflow with Self-Storage Facilities

Details

Self-Storage facilities often provide great, dependable cashflow if bought at the right price, easier management than apartment buildings, and opportunities to withdraw HUGE amounts of tax-free cash after improving a property. The opportunity to buy distressed commercial real estate at very profitable prices is still present in many markets of the U.S. There is also always the opportunity of finding a property that is underperforming and creating value. You just need to know how to do your "due diligence" and how to find the good deals.

Our speaker has been doing this presentation since 2009 and is very knowledgeable about self-storage investment. He is currently purchasing distressed storage facilities in several areas of the U.S., including several deals in WA, Oregon, and California. The presentation will be lively, with lots of audiovisual, and will include a detailed analysis of a few bank-owned facilities. We will also discuss distressed property deals available in other areas such as Phoenix, Las Vegas, Florida, and Detroit.

This will be an interactive presentation with lots of networking time. Network during dinner and then we will have group discussion time during the presentation on topics such as the Detroit bankruptcy and how it affects the investment opportunity.

The night will also include a presentation from a local wholesaler and lender who is able to get fast, unsecured loans for real estate investors. The money is initially 0% interest with no money required up-front. He will explain how this program works and how it can be used to fund your real estate flips, wholesale deals, and other business ventures.

Please come hungry and be prepared to purchase food and/or drinks from Ship Canal Grill. Dinner and networking from 5:30-7:00 pm. Presentation will start at 7 pm. There will be an opportunity half through presentation to buy drinks from the bar. There is free parking in a lot across the street. Look forward to seeing you there!
